From the hand-buffed stainless steel or chromed frame to the individual leather squares carefully welted together, each Barcelona chair is a tribute to traditional craftmanship and meticulous attention to detail. Mies van der Rohe's signature is stamped into the frame of each piece to guarantee authenticity. Knoll has received trademark protection for the designs created by Mies van der Rohe.

Construction notes: Seat and back cushions adapt to fit curve of frame. Frame welded in single-piece construction from single stainless steel block for ultimate durability. Stainless steel is hand-buffed or chrome plated to a mirror finish. Individual leather panels are cut, hand-welted and hand-tufted, and panels and buttons are crafted from a single hide.
